Appointments & Cancellation Policy

At Glam Aesthetics, each appointment marks the beginning of a journey towards transformative beauty and wellness. For new clients, a non-refundable consultation fee is required to secure your booking. This fee is redeemable against any treatment of your choice. We understand that schedules can change, so if you need to reschedule, please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. This courtesy enables us to allocate your appointment to another client in need. Missed appointments or cancellations made without the required notice will result in a cancellation fee. 

Scheduling

Please book your session in advance; our slots fill up fast, and we recommend scheduling 2 weeks ahead to secure your preferred time. While we welcome walk-ins, availability for immediate consultation or treatment cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

We adopt a strict no-refund policy post-treatment. Rest assured, you’ll receive detailed information about your treatment beforehand, enabling you to make an informed decision.

Payment Methods

We accept payment through credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We do not accept cheques. Full payment is required at the conclusion of each session. Installment payments are available for certain packages, divided into a maximum of two installments.

Insurance & Documentation

Direct billing is not available, but we provide necessary documentation for you to claim reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a treatment, we request a 24-hour notice. Unconfirmed appointments may be automatically cancelled.

Disclaimer

Results vary from person to person due to factors like hormonal changes and individual healing responses. For optimal outcomes, please share your complete medical history with our practitioners.

Your consent is crucial for us. You can withdraw consent or terminate treatment at any time. Opt-out of marketing communications simply by emailing us.

Patient Responsibilities & Childcare

Please arrive on time, adhere to post-treatment guidelines, and ensure payment in the accepted currencies. For safety reasons, children must be supervised by another adult during your visit.

COVID-19 Compliance

We strictly follow DHA COVID-19 safety protocols to ensure our facility is sanitized regularly. Our team is fully vaccinated and adheres to PPE guidelines to guarantee your safety.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is paramount. Our clinic adheres to strict data protection guidelines, ensuring your personal information is always secure. CCTV is operational in public areas for everyone’s safety, excluding treatment rooms.
